The Hotel MSSNGR integration imports activities and hotel information from your Hotel MSSNGR account into the DialogShift knowledge base. Chat AI can use this content in its answers. Hotel MSSNGR is not a booking engine and is not used for Journey Messaging.

Prerequisites

  • Your hotel uses Hotel MSSNGR.
  • You have the API key, hotel group keyword, and hotel keyword from Hotel MSSNGR.

Activate the integration

  1. In the DialogShift app, open Settings → Integrations and select Hotel MSSNGR.
  2. Enter the API Key, Hotel Group Keyword, and Hotel Keyword.
  3. Select the language of the content to import.
  4. Activate the integration and save the settings.
All four values are required. If one is missing, no content can be imported.

Imported content

DialogShift imports the following from activities:
  • title and description
  • location
  • dates with weekday, date, and time
  • direct links, if available
  • an overview of all upcoming dates
Multiple dates with the same activity title are combined into one knowledge entry. From the hotel directory, DialogShift imports each page with a title and text as a separate knowledge entry. Folders are used only for organization and are not imported as separate content. The content is synchronized with Hotel MSSNGR automatically. If you deactivate the integration, the imported content is removed from the knowledge base.

Configuration

If content is missing, check that all four values are correct and that the integration is active. Pages and activities without a title are not imported.
