HNS’s flagship product is OnePageBooking - an intuitive booking engine that handles the entire booking process on a single page while offering the highest user-friendliness.

DialogShift Integration with HNS

The integration between DialogShift and Hotel Net Solutions provides a comprehensive connection that enables hotels to:
  1. Measure Revenue Impact - Track and analyze the direct revenue generated through chat and phone services
  2. Real-time Availability & Pricing - Access live inventory, availability, and pricing information from the HNS OnePageBooking engine
The integration pulls availability, inventory, and pricing data directly from your HNS booking engine, allowing DialogShift’s AI assistants to answer guest inquiries with up-to-date information about room availability and rates.
Coming Soon: A full booking process based on OnePageBooking will be enabled for both Chat AI and Phone AI, allowing guests to complete reservations directly through these channels.

Usage

The data from HNS is currently used for:
  • Chat Dialog Quickbooker - Availability queries and bookings directly in chat
  • Phone Availability Info v1 and v2 - Room availability for phone inquiries
  • Complete Booking Workflow - From Q1 2026

How it Works

Availability and Pricing Data

DialogShift retrieves real-time availability, pricing, and rate information from the HNS OnePageBooking engine. This data is used by Chat AI and Phone AI to provide guests with precise information about available rooms and current rates

Data transfer

HNS activates a special tracking system that identifies bookings supported by DialogShift services

Reporting

Revenue data is displayed in the DialogShift app and enables detailed ROI analyses

Prerequisites

✅ HNS Customer

Your hotel must already use OnePageBooking from HNS

✅ DialogShift Client ID

You need your DialogShift Client ID from the app

✅ Integration Commissioned

Commission of the DialogShift integration with HNS (paid service at HNS)

Find Client ID in DialogShift

  1. Log into your DialogShift app
  2. Navigate to SettingsIntegration
  3. Copy your Client ID from the integration area
The Client ID is a unique identifier for your hotel and is needed for assigning tracking data.

Activate Integration

The integration is initiated by commissioning it with HNS. HNS then forwards the relevant information to DialogShift. The integration is configured in both systems and can then be used.
