To add a new FAQ to your hotel AI, navigate to the side menu on the left and select AI Content.
There’s a possibility that the content you want to add already exists in our database. If you find a suitable element, you can customize it and add it to your hotel AI database. Alternatively, you can create a completely new question.
Add an existing FAQ from the database

Search FAQ
Search for an FAQ with relevant keywords.

Customize response text
Customize the response text. You can adopt the pre-made example texts. Then you can adapt the text.

Add link (optional)
To add a link to a website, click Add URL button.
- In the Button Title field, enter the name of the link.
- In the German/English URL field, add the corresponding link.

Save
Save your changes.
Add your own FAQ

Create new FAQ
Click the new FAQ button.

Enter FAQ name
Enter the title of the question in the FAQ Name field. This will be displayed in the list on the left side.

Assign category
Assign the question to a category by selecting from the FAQ Category list.

Enter content
Enter the content in the text field.

Add link (optional)
To add a link, click Add URL button.
- Enter the name of the link in the Button Title field.
- Add the corresponding URL in the German/English URL field.

Save
Save your changes.
Important Notes
Active indicates whether the content is being used.
With the Upload media function, you can add an image or short video.
