Under Settings → Logos and Icons you set the images your hotel uses in the chat and in live chat wakeup emails. The page has four sections: chat logo, email logo, hotel icon, and chatbot avatar.
All settings apply per hotel. Check the hotel selector in the top left to see which hotel you are currently editing.
All four sections accept files in JPG or PNG format. Use PNG if the image needs a transparent background. The chat logo appears in the header of the live chat widget.
  1. Click Select image and upload your logo.
  2. Set the color the logo sits on in the Background color field.
The logo is centered and scaled to the available area without distortion. The preview on the left shows the result with the selected background color. A logo with a transparent background can be matched to your website’s colors this way. The email logo is used in live chat wakeup emails. The process is the same as for the chat logo: upload the image, set the background color, check the preview. Here too the logo is centered and scaled without distortion. You can use different logos and different background colors for chat and email.

Hotel icon

The hotel icon is shown in the teaser and in related surfaces. The icon is displayed as a square, so a square image works best. A non-square image can be cropped to the square area right after uploading.

Chatbot avatar

The chatbot avatar is the image the chatbot shows next to its messages in a conversation. A name is displayed alongside the avatar. To activate it:
  1. Click Select image and upload an image. The avatar is displayed as a square, so crop a non-square image right after uploading.
  2. Enter the name the chatbot should use in the Avatar name field.
  3. Turn on Enable avatar for chatbot.
The toggle stays locked as long as the image or the name is missing. Only once both are set can it be switched on. Until then, a hint below the toggle states that avatar and name are required. If you switch the avatar off again later, the image and name stay saved. The chatbot no longer shows them, but you can switch them back on at any time without uploading again.
