# Email AI Statistics

> Explanation of every metric on the Email AI statistics page in your DialogShift app

The **Statistics → Email AI** page shows you how your email AI is being used. This page explains what each number means.

  Use the **date range** in the top right (default: last month). All metrics always refer to the selected period.

## Basic KPIs

| Metric                     | Meaning                                             |
| -------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| **Emails**                 | Number of emails processed by the AI in the period. |
| **Booking links**          | Number of booking links included in the answers.    |
| **Share of booking links** | Share of emails that contained a booking link.      |
| **Generated words**        | Total number of words written by the AI.            |
| **Offered nights**         | Sum of the nights offered in the answers.           |
| **Emails over time**       | Development of processed emails over the period.    |
| **Language share**         | Distribution of emails by language.                 |

  "Offered nights" are the nights proposed in the email answers – not necessarily nights that were actually booked.

## Example

How to read the numbers together:

* **500 emails**, of which **75 with a booking link** → share of booking links = **15%**.
* **Language share** shows e.g. German 70%, English 25%, French 5% – so you can see which languages your guests write in.
