# Journey Messaging Integrations

> Which PMS integrations DialogShift uses for automated Journey Messaging flows.

Journey Messaging integrations send booking and guest data to DialogShift. DialogShift uses that data to create journeys and events that trigger automated WhatsApp, SMS or email messages.

These booking engine integrations do not currently provide Journey Messaging data: HNS, HotelPartner, Bookolo, DIRS21, Ennismore, Samera and Workmatrix.
