# Giggle Integration

> How to connect Giggle to DialogShift and import activities as a knowledge source for Chat AI.

The Giggle integration imports activities and experiences from your Giggle account into the DialogShift knowledge base. Chat AI can use this content in its answers. Giggle is not a booking engine and is not used for Journey Messaging.

## Prerequisites

* Your hotel uses Giggle.
* You have a V2 API key from Giggle.
* You know your hotel code. You can find it in your Giggle URL, for example `giggle.tips/en/YOUR-HOTEL-CODE`.
* At least one stream is configured in Giggle.

## Activate the integration

1. In the DialogShift app, open **Settings → Integrations** and select **Giggle**.
2. Select the language of the content to import.
3. Under **V2 Integration (Several Streams)**, enter the **API Key** and **Hotel Code**.
4. Select **Load Streams**.
5. Select the streams whose content Chat AI should use. If you do not select a stream, all available streams are imported.
6. Activate the integration and save the settings.

## Imported content

For each experience, DialogShift imports:

* title and description
* location
* image and direct link to the experience
* category and associated streams
* fixed dates and recurring availability

The content is synchronized with Giggle automatically.

## Configuration

| Field      | Purpose                                                                                          |
| :--------- | :----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Language   | Sets the language of the imported content.                                                       |
| API Key    | Authenticates the connection to the Giggle V2 API.                                               |
| Hotel Code | Assigns the connection to the correct hotel.                                                     |
| Streams    | Limits the import to selected streams. If none are selected, all available streams are imported. |

If the connection fails, check the V2 API key and hotel code first. If no streams are loaded, at least one stream must be configured in your Giggle account.
