# Email AI Overview

> What DialogShift Email AI can do, which programs it runs in, and where to find the guides

DialogShift Email AI creates reply drafts to guest inquiries. The replies are based on the knowledge base and the conditions of your property. You review the draft, adjust it if needed, and send it yourself.

## What can Email AI do?

* **Reply drafts** based on your knowledge base
* **Booking details detection**: travel period and the number of adults and children are taken from the inquiry and can be adjusted
* **Booking links** or booking buttons in suitable replies
* **Availability checks** for booking inquiries
* **Tone and length control** via additional instructions, e.g. "Make the tone more formal" or "Keep the reply short"
* **Automatic form of address** (formal/informal) and targeted **follow-up questions** when details are missing
* **Font and signature** matching the design of your property
